I am first time home buyer and victum of real estate attorny and real estate agent malafied intention and forced to sign perdiem agreement ,i want to get out of this perdiem agreement at time of closing.I dont have attorny right now ,the attorny who messed up with me has quit,so i need legal help to getout from perdiem agreement at time of closing what should i do how can i get out of this agreement which was forced on me by black mailing by my attorny and real estate agent
