Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

timeshare ownership

Hi I own a timeshare in Ma outright. I am too old to use it anymore and have not had any luck selling it can I just stop paying the yearly fee and let them take it over. That would work for me I don't know about them

Re: timeshare ownership

I would offer to deed it to the company for $1.00 in lieu of paying the fees and see if they will accept it.

If not you might consider gifting it to a charity that might be willing to take it.

Good luck.
