Is it legal for a realtor to come without warning to show a person my apartment?

If your lease does not allow this you should retain an attorney as this may be a breach of the covenant of quit enjoyment of the premises.

It depends on your lease.

The realtor should give you some notice.

You may be responsible to show the unit on reasonable notice to a reasonable extent, and to deny unreasonable conduct.
