Does a no trespass order stay in effect if owner sells that property?

If the order has no conditions in it, such as unless the owner sells the property, then the no trespass order remains in effect. You need to seek a dismissal of the order and must give notice to both the old owner and the new one.

I doubt the new owner will want anyone on his property uninvited.
