Tresspassing

In MA can one walk along the beach without tresspassing. Or do homeowners have the right to ban you from it.

There is not a simple answer to your simple question. It depends whether you are at the water line or the top of the beach. There is an area that property owners control and an area that is open to the public. Generally it is public domain, but again, property owners do have some rights.
