If I am the Trustee of a trust as well as the beneficiary of the trust and apply for a line of credit is the property classified as being in trust?

If the property is titled in the Trust, it is trust property. Any credit line secured by the Trust is required to be used for Trust purposes. If you are the only Trustee and the only beneficiary (nominee Trust Form) then the Trust can be disregarded.
