Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
My wife does not have great credit and I do. Can I refinance my house without using her credit score and still have her as a joint owner as is the current mortgage?

It may be a little difficult but it is possible. She might have to come off the deed and then you can put her back on after closing. Some lenders will do this without requiring you go through this fiction.
I would speak with a local bank not a broker or national bank life BofA or Sovereign. Their rate might be slightly higher but they are frequently easier with which to work.
Good Luck.
