means the case might be brought in federal court.

Would any reasonable person ask their dentist for information on how to fill their own cavity? No. Yet your question is not much different. While I sympathize with your inablity to secure counsel, there could be a very good reason why you can't: you do not have much of a case, or your chances or recovery are slim to none. You have undoubtedly heard that he who represents himself has a fool for a client. However, in my experience, people who do not listen to attorneys often live to regret it. Find yourself a qualified and experienced lawyer to handle what will certainly be a lengthy and painful lawsuit - or move on with your life.
