Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

age of consent?

My son will be 20 years old in 02/05. He is dating a girl who turned 15 in 04/05. I think it is illegal for the two to be a couple, but I am told I am wrong. Please tell what the laws are regarding this. I don't want him in trouble or accused of harrassment. I think it's wrong-but is it illegal???

Tell him to keep Peter in his pocket.

Tell her to keep Pauline zipped up.

If they do anything but literally "date," he can be charged with statutory rape, which is punished by many years in prison.
