Ideally, you should have had an attorney review the contract prior to your signing it.

Going forward, you should have an attorney carefully review your contract to determine the rights of the parties.

Of course, what Mr. Vaughn-Martel says is true, no matter where you live. You do not say who paid for the photoshoot. This will make a difference.

But, on the sexual harrassment front and the harrassment of your online promotional tools you have remedies, but they will required some action on your part.

You are not specific about your age or what "sexual advances" means. But, if any of his activity was criminal (underage or forced sexual assault) then you should report it to the local police agency.

As to flooding your on-line promotional tools with spam, the question I have is how do you know it is being done by him. If you can prove it you can file suit seeking a court order prohitibiting that or other harrassing behavior.
