Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

what can i do a doctor who is caring for me is sexually harrassing me

i'm disabled and have a doctor whois caring for me that is sexually harrassing me, other doctors that work on my case often ask me why i don't go to this doctor anymore i just skip over the question please help me i really need this kind of doctor i feel he has taken atvantage of the things he been told by me in session and he was suppose to be helping me..

How is he harassing you? That's really important for two reasons. First, I would have to determine whether you felt intimidated, coerced or threatened...and that means I would have to not only determine that you did feel that way, but that a reasonable person in the same situation as yourself would also feel that way. Please provide more facts - I know that it's probably not a comfortable thing for you to discuss - but it's the only way you're going to be able to get a useful answer to your question.

I would need a lot more information before providing any detailed recommendations. What kind of harassment? What does it entail? How ofter? Are you fearful of him? ect. These questions and more would help define the procedures and alternatives available to you.
