Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts
Someone is harassing me with pictures from my personal camera.
I received an e-mail about a month ago from someone whom I've never met. There was no subject and the body of the e-mail had no text, just a very personal picture of myself.
However, the picture was taken from my own digital camera, which no one has access to. I have never posted pictures of that nature online in any way; I don't even have them on my computer. I just had a couple on my camera.
I e-mailed this person back to ask who it was, but they said since they didn't know me they wouldn't tell me who they were and that they never e-mailed me in the first place.
I just dropped it at that point, praying it might just be a coincidence, but yesterday received another e-mail from this person. This time it had a subject: ''you don't look very happy in these pictures''. Again, this e-mail had no text in the body but did include more pictures of myself taken from my own camera.
I'm worried what other pictures this person may have since they clearly went through my camera and helped themselves. It's also disturbing to me that I don't know who the person is, but they know me well enough to link the pictures to my e-mail address and taunt me with them.
Please help me figure out what I can do about this.
