Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

hostile work environment

I am an HR Director and we have had several compliants of a manager who is says inappropirate things like ''she is dressed like a whore'' and has made rude remarks about Asians. He also treats women in a very hostile and lower manner manner. I recently filed a compliant too with adminstration. Do I have a case

It is not clear from your posting why you complained. In order to prove sexual harassment involving a hostile work environment, you must demonstrate that sexually offensive words or conduct pervaded the work environment. In order to answer your question, I would need to know if he has made comments or engaged in other sexually offensive behavior in your presence. I would want to know if you filed a complaint and suffered retaliation for opposing his discriminatory acts.
