Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts
My nephew is currently being held on a sexual harrassment charge. A woman at his job accused him of exposing himself to her in the breakroom. There is a video of the incident but you can only see the male from behind and it appears that he is adjusting his pants. It does not look like my nephew and he swears he did not do this. He was fired from his job because of this and was arrested since this was a violation of his probation (he was held as a juvenvile). He is 20 years old and we are fearful that, if convicted, he'll be considered a sex offender. What are his options and would he have a wrongful termination suit against his employer if he is found not guilty?
