Sexual Harassment does not, in and of itself, have a penalty. If you were to push the matter criminally, assault (putting one in fear) might qualify and assault carries uo to 2 1/2 years in the house of correction. From a civil standing, sexual harassment actions might be penalized with a money judgment against the defendant.
