Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

Rape

I was wondering how long do I have to press charges on someone who raped me and I didnt go to the hospital and get checked out. Its been over a year and three months but I was 16 at the time and he was 21. Im now 17 and wondering what my opitions are.

You are well within the statute of limitations for bringing a criminal complaint for rape. You also have rights to sue for damages as part of the civil justice system.
