Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts
Recourse
Do I have any recourse against a former boss who was found guilty of harassing me in 2003. Management liked my boss so they supported him. I was given a written warning on invalid charges. The warning stated my boss was to meet with me monthly to review the warning and my progress. This was never done even though I asked. I did see an attorney who stated he couldn't do anything after I lost my job. My former boss is a RN who lied about my character, the human resource person was accusatory and I felt like I had done something wrong. Any advice?

Re: Recourse
Who found him "guilty"?
The word "guilty" is reserved for criminal courts, so your message is a bit cryptic.
How could "invalid charges" be found if he was found "guilty"?
Resource people are paid to find in favor of management.
