Sexual Harassment
If I am constantly harassed by the public in the area that I live in. If i were to bring an audio recording device with me and capture these items on tape would I be able to sue?

The better legal question may be can you record the offensive public conduct by a legally permissive means, and using that recorded record, prevail in a court of law.
