Claim unemployment immediately - tell intake worker that you left bgecause of sexual harassment and outline facts for her.

If you left less than 300 days ago, you can file complaint at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination

Re: I believe this is sexual harassment

You can collect unemployment if you left for an "urgent, compelling or necessitous" reason. Sexual harassment would be such a reason. Document everything that he did and get statements from others who he harassed or who witnessed his conduct.

You may also file a claim of discrimination with the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination.

Good luck.
