supervisors bad language
on many occassions my supervisor says to other workers who are spanish and or black american ''hey my nigger'' what course of action can i take , he has been told by a manager not to use that word in the facility

You should see a good lawyer experienced with hostile environment discrimination cases. Or, since it appears the employer is located in Massachusetts, contact the MCAD (http://www.mass.gov/mcad/).
We applaud you for any efforts you make to stand up to such reprehensible misconduct.
