Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts
Uncomfortable workplace enviroment
I was wondering if you can help me here is my problem. Recently I hurt my back at work and since I returned i have been getting nothing but problems from my boss he has been downgrading me in front of other employees. Before this happened we has a brief relationship in the work place. Would this effect any chances I had with a harrassment suit?

It would have to depend on exactly what your boss is saying and why. There really aren't enough facts for me to be any more clearer than that.

I would need more information re: the nature of your relationship and what has transpired since. Also, I would need more information regarding your injury. You may have claims based on disability discrimination, retaliation for filing a workers' comp. claim, and sexual harassment.
