Legal Question in Social Security Law in Massachusetts
My son has been approved for SSI due to a documented disability. He is current at an out-of-state institution designed to help him with his challenges. His mother and I support him while he is there, however we are merely lending him the money. It's my understanding that such loan money is excluded from the calculation of his need.
What do we need to do to document this loan suitable for the SS administration?
