Legal Question in Social Security Law in Massachusetts

If I transfer my home of residence into my children's names and there is no money involved, will this affect my social security benefits in the state of Massachusetts? I will be residing there until death. I am also currently receiving Mass Health.

Your MassHealth is likely to be affected. If your Social Security is SSI, it will also be affected. You should really consult with a qualified tax/elder law planning specialist.
