Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts
I have 2 girls and the sole and phisical custody of them and the judge and I did an agreement of me getting less money for child support and getting both girls for tax return the same judge notice that he didnt care about them and he just want it the tax return every year but the problem is that evry year he call me to see if I give one of the girls to him so he cal file her for the taxes how can I stop that and can he try to change that on court and can he win and get one or both girls for the taxes return?????

To change it he has to seek a modification. If he seeks modification you can seek an increase in child support in your own modification. That will put a stop to it.
Simply tell him the deal is you get both and he has reduced child support, if goes to change it you will seek a modification in child suppor to his full obligation.
Good luck,
