Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts

Husband's Tax Lien is preventing me from Re-Financing my Home.

I received a divorce from my husband in 1995. I was awarded the house but never changed the deed. Now, when trying to refinance the house I was informed that there is a very large federal tax lien for my exhusband's unpaid taxes. How can I have this lien removed from the property?
