Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts

Levy of business & personal accounts

I owned a business and after having marital problems I closed the business and ended up owing the Comm. of Mass (DOR) back sales tax I entered into a payment agreement two and a half years ago. I have paid DOR over 10K and have been consistent with monthly payments. I recently found out that they levied my 2 accounts. I called DOR only to be told that they don't have a record of any agreement. I faxed them over the agreement and have not heard anything yet....I never received any notices regarding this matter. Could someone please advise me?
