Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts

For the past 30 some odd years, I have inadvertantly been paying real estate taxes on a barn and some land that does not belong to me, but abuts my house and land in Lee, MA. This particular parcel is owned by Schweitzer-Maudit Corp. which has obviously benefited from the mistake. What are my options?

When a benefit is mistakenly conferred upon a party, the person who conferred the benefit may be entitled to relief based upon the doctrine of unjust enrichment. Essentially, a person who is deemed by law to have been unjustly enriched at the expense of another is required to make restitution to the other.
