Hi I have a question about my tax. What form should i file with 1099misc if I am not self employee. And is it possible do not file it,Instead file just W2 form

1099- Misc if for services should be part of a schedule C and you would owe self-employment tax on the proceeds. If it is investment income then you treat it like a dividend. Consult your local CPA and give him all the facts.
