Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts
What is the statute of limitations in massachusetts on unpaid excise taxes? I seem to have one from 1988. I no longer have any bank statements to be able to check.

I would suggest you look at M.G.L. Chapter 62C, Sections 26 which deals with assessments for non-filers. It gives you the statute of limitation requirements for various problems.
