Car accident,no stop sign at end of main route entering main street of village
Is this a seperate civil case, or should be combind in the personal injury case/ would we have to pay a fee to open up this charge?

You should speak with an attorney to see whether you have a viable claim for personal injuries. Whether you/the other driver are charged with a criminal offense is separate from whether you/the other driver has a civil claim for personal injuries.
