Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
Parking ticket default
I have some Massachusetts parking tickets dating back to 1983 which I did not pay. I have since moved to NH. I know that Massachustts will not give me a license, and will probably put the boot on my car if I get a ticket there. Does Massachusetts report parking ticket defaults into NCIC, and will the default show if I am stopped in another state?

NCIC is a service maintained by the FBI for law enforcement use only.
Traffic offenses are not maintained in the NCIC database unless rising to the level of a felony such as vehicular manslaughter and the like.
