Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
I recieved a ticket for my expired MA registration while driving in NH by a NH state trooper. My question is does a NH state trooper have jurisdiction to give me a ticket (MA resident) and will it be reported to my insurance if I pay the fine?
