Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
traffic ticket
i was issued a failure to yield ticket by
an officer who did not witness the
incident. Pedestrian ran across the
street during a green light for the
cars. After pedestrian ran into side of
car I called the police who issued the
ticket. Car was in traffic, moving at
5-15 mph.

I'm not sure what your question is.
Depending upon whether the pedestrian was injured, you might expect to be sued as a result of this. If you are, I recommend you hire an attorney immediately.
