Traffic tickets
why every time i go to traffic court they reduced the amount of what i have to pay if i win it? Should't they
waive my traffic ticket?

That is one option, but you would prefer them to dismiss the case. If they reduce it it still goes on your driving record and costs you the amount of the ticket as well as surcharge fees.
