Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
vehicle is backing out from a parking stall. Another vehicle drives and stops blocking the stall. Is that legal?

Your information seems incomplete. How long did the other vehicle block you? Why did the other vehicle block you? What words were exchanged? If you were blocked for a significant length of time for a malicious reason, in theory, you might be able to sue for false imprisonment. However, it is unlikely that you could recover any amount of money if you were successful at all. Depending on what was said, the length of time, and other information, it could be possible that a crime was committed.
