He live in mass and hes family in NY the day after he was killed i went to hes house to see hes mom (they were staying there because they just came from NY for the day )and it was around 7am and they were breaking a safe that he had in his bedroom with $27,000 she also started giving away some stuff to the decease girlfriend and his sister but my son didn't got anything time past and i was thinking that she was just waiting for the right time well 2 months has past and my son haven't receive anything she came from NY and got his cars his personal papers and all the stuff from inside the house I don't know if he had a will since she took all the papers my son is his only son i have a lawyer now and i have filled to be appointed as my son conservator and then i will filled to get his estates but I got mad a few weeks ago and took a trailer and a motorcycle that it was inside the trailer and put it away because she already had a buyer she's selling everything so the same day i got a phone call from her saying that if i didnt put it back something was going to hapend to me so i did because my family and my life is first now i told all this to the lawyer and he's saying that if theres nothing on the banks accounts that he had theres nothing he could do because theres no way to get it back if she took it to NY. The problem is i dont have a way to find out if she empty the accounts. I need advice. the only things my some saw from his father was the stuff that hes father bought him like motorcycle, hookey table, and the bed that hes father was going to put in the room he was making for my son in his house my son ask her for the computer and she told him that she was going to give it to her other grandson. and she gave a broken 42" plasma to my son instead of the one that hes father had in his room instead she gave it to her daughter. I really want to let all this go but my son doesnt want to he said that everything belongs to him and that he wants it. I REALLY NEED AN ADVICE. CAN SHE COME FROM NY AND TAKE EVERYTHING? DOES SHE HAS ANY RIGHTS? HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THOSE BANK ACCOUNTS TO SEE IF EVEN WORTH THE FIGHT? HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF HE HAD A WILL?

If you have a lawyer, you should be asking him or her this question. To find out if there is a will, call up any attorneys that your son's father may have used during his life.
