what are the administration costs for an estate can anyone provide me with a list,also can i get a list of customary and legal executors fees that can be charged or recouped,small estate,i am appointed executor/have filed voluntary executot/probate in court,have large judgement against estate filed,

There are no such lists, but there are statutes, rules and developed case law on the subject. Administration costs can include the cost of shipping, valuing, or disposing of goods or personal property, a Realtor commission on the sale of estate property, accountants and legal fees, etc.

Executor fees must be reasonable in light of the professional experience and qualifications of the executor.
