Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Attorney Murray-thank you for your reply and suggestion to the situation with our Mother. I might point out that our Mother has already given this same grandchild the full charge of her health care--which last year my Mother was injured and taken by Rescue to the hospital and kept for several daysafter numerous injuries. This same grandchild chose to wait well beyond 24 hours before she ever tried to contact any of the immediate family. Here again we, the rest of the family, have referred to her as the golden child, and no matter what happens or is said, Grandma will cover for this spoiled little girl beyond comprehension. Any additional sugestions are sincerely appreciated much more than you can imagine with all the factorsd being considered and seeing and hearing what would seem as though someone was trying to just give you a hard time and was not really true.

As previously stated, if you and other family members suspect your mother is incompetent and subject to undue influence, someone should consider retaining an attorney to petition the Probate Court to be appointed either guardian or conservator as appropriate. Good Luck!
