I bought a home with a title 5 completed on the septic system. We have been in the home 1 year and have pumped 5 times since being there. Is this a relfection of working system having passed a proper title 5 inspection. Do I have legal recourse for this?

You may have legal recourse. You should consult an attorney who can review the purchase and sale agreement and the inspection report. In addition, the attorney will probably ask you additional questions in order to answer this question.
