my brother was named executor of my fathers estate and is taking everything of valuebecause he knows i am living on ssi disability and cant fight him. what can i do?

File a request for an accounting to start with and file a complaint that you believe he is taking everything of value.
However, if you receive property of value it can impact your SSI.
