what are the chances of my boyfriend who is being held until his next court date for violating his probation because he was caught trying to delute his drug test the probation officer never finsihed testing him and ask for him to be sent to jail until the end of his probation and the judge is having him held until his next court date. what are the chances of him getting out?

What is the underlying charge for the probation?

B/F will need to present sufficient reasons for getting released;

employment, family, etc.
