Re: charitable wills

I am assuming you are referring to a Charitable Trust. It has to file annual reports with the Attorney General's office and may have to file a report with the Probate Court as well.

Re: charitable wills

You should start by paying a visit to the Family and Probate Court in the County where the deceased resided at the time of his or her death. You should be able to review the entire Probate file, including the will and any filings made by the executor and others.

Review the file in the Probate Court where the decedent last resided. or retain an attorney to do so for you.
