Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

child support

My son is 20 and has been a full time student since may 15th. My child support agreement said that support would be paid until he graduated high school. Now his dad says he is disabled and has been denied social security but yet has a business running out of his garage and has been seen riding motorcycles - although he says he is disabled and cannot work due to a bad back injury. can I appy for an extention online. If so where? My lawyer doesn't seem like he is doing much on this case and I need my support now as the first tuition bill is due next month.

Re: child support

You need to file an application for modification or your son has to seek support in his own name, unless your separation agreement provides for continued support for college.

: child support and secondary education support

There are a number of issues.

1. Support orders stay until changed by the court. A change must be proven, and you can contest this.

2. If you have a break-down in your attorney-client relation, you should either try to resolve it or get another lawyer.

I do not understand the question about an extension.

I agree with both attorney Roth and Lebensbaum. You may also have an action for tuition payments
