Can the children of the deceased father petition the court to have his wife removed as executor of his estate in order to get a headstone placed at the cemetary? The children are trying to place a headstone on the fathers' grave and the cemetrary will not allow it without the premission of the father's wife. The wife is not the children's mother. The descendent has been dead for 2 years.
