Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
Co-Executors
My mother's will named my brother and I as co-executors. There are 5 siblings, each having a share in the house my mother owned and lived in until her death. My brother went ahead and made all the arrangements for the funeral with little imput from myself or my sisters. If I had not been at my mother's house on the day he was going to the Funeral Director's appointment, I would not have been invited. My mother's accounts have my brother's name on them and he has full use of them. What I consider outrageous amounts for flowers and an after services luncheon where paid for out of those accounts. Should I have been notified of any arrangements and or account use, even though he was named on her accounts? I don't believe it's a case of probate because each of the children owned 1/5 of the house.

Re: Co-Executors
It depends whose money he used. If is a NH probate, you need to question a NH lawyer.
