This is not something which can readily be done without the assistance of legal counsel. You should hire an attorney, and you need to respond (in Massachusetts) within the return date on the notice which you received as next of kin, informing the court that you object to the probate of the will.
Shortly thereafter, a more complete statement of your objections would need to be filed. This all assumes that it is a Massachusetts decedent with a Massachusetts will.

I'm sorry for your loss.
It looks from the heading on your question that you are in FL but your sister died in MA. You should have received a probate court citation from the person who is seeking to be appointed as executor of your sister's estate. The citation includes a "return date" - the date by which you must file any objection to the appointment or to the will. You then have 30 days to present your legal support for the objection.
This is a very complicated process and I highly recommend that you hire an attorney - the sooner the better given the short time frame involved. I would be happy to discuss the matter with you.
