Under what conditions could you contest a will?

You can challenge a Will if you are a child or a Spouse and you are not mentioned in the Will. You can challenge a Will for Undue Influence if you have reasonable grounds for same.

A Will may be challenged by an omitted child or spouse; or if their is evidence of duress or undue influence; or that the testator was incompetent at the time it was signed; or if the signature is challenged or not properly witnessed. Good Luck!
