Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

copy of will

My brother has a copy of mother's will, refuses to probate the will. If I contact the attorney who wrote it, must he give me a copy if I request it. I know my brother is listed as the Executor but he doesn't want to give any of the belongings away to the grandchildren as my mother wished. I don't have the funds available to me to hire an attorney. Please advise

Your brother may have a reason.

But if you want to act, you can file a request with the probate court seeking that your brother be forced to file the will.
