Dad's Memories/ heart broken with disrespect
My father just passed suddenly on Sept. 23 2008, 3 weeks before he had a couple move into the family house. He lived a very unhealthy life style and contractted HIV. I am his only child, and the old couple that moved in to the house had no idea that he had this, so I felt obligated since the old woman had a kidney transplant to let them know and bought cleaning supplies to disinfect the common use areas, and so she could call her doctor to express any concerns she may have had, now the day after thay took my father away they went into his room with gloves and wiped it out to move their heroin addicted daughter into it and have gone through everything putting what they haven't stashed away of his in garbage bags and just thrown it out the window. Needless to say I freaked! My aunt who is the now incharge of the estate ie family house is alowing this, can I stop this for time to grieve, I now am not getting along with aunt not that I ever did, but they are manipulating her into thinking they are a sweet old couple when his true friends know better. I just don't know my rights, I don't know what to do and I am broke, He didn't have much, she told me he has a will, don't care, I just want them to stop erasing my dad and let me grieve.
