default of compromise agreement

A compromise of Will agreement reached, signed and entered into court by the parties was not fullfilled and has gone past the stipulated time that the agreement would be fullfilled. what are my legal options to gain information or have the agreement fullfilled in Massachusetts

A complaint seeking specific performance would need to be filed with the Probate & Family Court where the original agreement was entered. The judge would review the agreement and order the non-performing party to perform if that party is able to perform. Has the non-performing party given any reason why they have not performed? I would recommend you hire an attorney to handle this matter to ensure your interests are properly protected.
